I once got a group e-mail from the math grad student society, which consisted of a cryptogram saying something like "If you decoded this, you obviously have too much time on your hands, so come to our games night tomorrow!"
The first word is not "The," nor is the second word "to." This is a complete letter-letter substitution cypher: every letter is changed to a unique different letter. For instance, if A means B in one place, then A means B everywhere, and no other letter means B.
