"Are there any Roman goddesses associated with cats?"

"There's Freya, but she's Norse, and ancient Rome is before her time anyway."

"Well, what would a young Freya be doing on Mount Olympus?"

"Maybe Jove got bored with his own pantheon and started inviting foreign underage fertility goddesses over for some fun."

"..."

"Underage fertility goddesses--would that be Tartarus-bait?"

"Too soon."

"Too soon? It's ancient Rome!"

It's a really neat feeling when I get back the student evaluations for my workshops and the most common suggestion for improvement is "More workshops!"
